QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED certificate or have sufficient ability to follow written instructions, schedules, interpret recipes and do the arithmetic necessary to adjust quantities
- Willingness to participate in Food and Nutrition Service training
- Ability and initiative to plan, organize and carry out assignments with minimum of supervision
- Ability to work harmoniously with staff and students
- Physical stamina and emotional stability to work effectively
- Excellent physical and mental health
- Neat, well groomed appearance

Food and Nutrition Services Manager

JOB GOAL:
Working under the direction for the Food and Nutrition Service Manager and/or assistant manager, stores, prepares and serves food and cleans equipment and food service areas
TERM:
Nine and one quarter (9.25) months

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares meats, vegetables, salads, dressings, breads, and/or desserts as directed
- Serves on serving line(s)
- Assists in storing groceries, meats, and supplies
- Cleans cooking equipment and kitchen, serving and dining areas as directed
- Assists with maintaining proper sanitation
- Attends workshops as scheduled
- Performs related duties as required
